Miley Ray Cyrus was born on November 23, 1992 in Franklin, Tennessee. Her mother is Leticia and her dad is a famous country singer named Billy Ray Cyrus. Miley first became interested in acting at the age of nine while taking classes at the Armstrong Acting Studio in Canada. Her first acting role was Kylie on her father’s show, Doc in 2003. Later in that same year, Miley landed the role as Ruthie in the film, Big Fish. After that, she auditioned for the role of Lilly & Hannah Montana/Miley Stewart and booked the lead role. The show aired on March 24th, 2006 and instantly became a hit. Since then, Miley has released two soundtracks of the show, her own album, sold out tour, two movies, and even an autobiography titled Miles To Go.
